Use the platform responsibly.
These terms apply to your use of AdClipX and the services described on the platform. By creating an account, joining a campaign, or submitting content, you agree to these terms.
1. Account responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must not impersonate another person or share an account with another user.
2. Creator content and submissions
Submissions must be your own content or content you are authorized to represent. You must not submit false, misleading, stolen, copyrighted, or harmful material. AdClipX may reject or remove content that violates these rules.
3. Campaign participation
Campaign eligibility, rate, dates, remaining budget, requirements, and approval decisions are determined by each campaign and the AdClipX operations team. Joining a campaign does not guarantee approval, remuneration, or campaign completion. Creators must follow the Creator Guidelines and the rules of the platform where they post.
4. Verified performance
Metrics, earnings, identity checks, and payout eligibility may be based on verified platform data and platform-specific rules. Claims about views, performance, or payments require valid evidence and may be adjusted if verification fails.
5. Payouts and account review
Payout requests are reviewed before release. Any payment sent outside AdClipX is handled directly by you or a verified provider and is subject to applicable local laws and provider requirements.
6. Changes and contact
AdClipX may update these terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational changes. Users will be informed through the platform where material changes affect account use. Questions can be sent to support@adclipx.com.
