CREATOR CODE · CAMPAIGN RULES
Create honestly. Promote responsibly.
These guidelines apply whenever you use AdClipX, join a campaign, or submit content for review. Read each campaign brief as well: its product, audience, platform, disclosure, deadline, and deliverable requirements add to these baseline rules. If a campaign brief conflicts with platform rules or applicable law, follow the stricter requirement and contact AdClipX before posting.
1. Account eligibility and identity
- Use your own account and provide accurate contact, profile, and payout information. Do not impersonate a creator, brand, platform, or other person.
- Connect only social accounts that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. Complete the requested ownership verification before submitting a campaign post for paid review.
- Keep your login details private. Do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your AdClipX account or verified social account to another person.
- Complete identity checks truthfully if required for payouts. AdClipX may pause account or payout review when details cannot be verified.
2. Campaign participation and deliverables
- Before joining, check the campaign brief, eligible platform, start and end dates, required format, target audience, prohibited claims, brand assets, and current budget remaining.
- Joining does not reserve a guaranteed payment or guarantee that your post will be approved. Campaign budget can be consumed by other approved creator posts while you participate.
- Publish original work that follows the brief and submit the correct public post URL on the selected platform. Do not submit drafts, private links, reposted work, unrelated content, or the same post more than once.
- Publish within the campaign dates and keep the qualifying post publicly viewable while the campaign is active and until its review is complete, or for any longer period stated in the campaign brief. If the platform removes it or you must remove it for legal or safety reasons, notify AdClipX promptly.
- Do not alter, delete, hide, or materially change an approved post to misrepresent its performance or evade review. Tell AdClipX if a material correction is needed.
3. Originality, rights, and respectful content
- Create your own work or obtain permission for every video, image, music track, logo, voice, quotation, and other material you use. A platform music license may not cover commercial or branded use; use assets cleared for that use.
- Do not copy another creator’s work, use someone’s likeness or private information without permission, or imply that a person or brand endorses a product when they do not.
- Do not publish content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, discriminatory, dangerous, or intended to target or endanger a person or group.
- Do not make deceptive product claims, unsupported health or financial promises, fabricated testimonials, or guarantees the brand has not substantiated. Disclose important limitations and personal experience honestly.
- Do not promote illegal products, prohibited services, or restricted products to audiences who are not legally eligible. Follow campaign-specific restrictions and age-targeting instructions.
4. Disclose commercial relationships
- Clearly disclose payment, gifts, free products, affiliate commissions, or any other material connection with a brand. Put the disclosure where viewers can readily notice it, such as in the content itself and near the start of the caption; do not hide it among hashtags or behind a “more” expansion.
- Use the platform’s branded-content, paid-partnership, or commercial-content disclosure tools whenever they are available or required. A platform label may supplement, but does not necessarily replace, a clear disclosure in the content.
- Use plain, unambiguous language that your intended audience understands. Do not imply that you bought or independently selected a product if it was supplied or paid for by the campaign.
- Follow local advertising, consumer-protection, endorsement, and disclosure laws that apply to you and your audience. Ask the campaign contact before publishing if the required disclosure is unclear.
5. Authentic reach and prohibited manipulation
- Never buy, sell, exchange, automate, or otherwise manufacture views, watch time, likes, comments, saves, shares, followers, or clicks. Do not use bots, click farms, engagement pods, “follow-for-follow,” view exchanges, or traffic services.
- Do not deceive, coerce, or pay viewers to watch, like, comment, subscribe, or otherwise interact solely to increase campaign metrics. You may invite genuine discussion or share the content with a relevant audience without promising rewards for engagement.
- Do not use misleading titles, thumbnails, tags, redirects, or hidden loops to inflate views. Never falsify analytics screenshots, performance reports, audience demographics, or proof of publication.
- Do not coordinate with another person to submit the same views or post as separate work. A post’s reach must come from genuine audience activity permitted by the platform.
6. Metrics, review, and earnings
- Views are checked and entered through the platform’s available verification and review process. Provide requested evidence promptly and never edit, forge, or selectively crop evidence to mislead reviewers.
- For CPM campaigns, the gross earning is calculated as verified eligible views multiplied by the campaign rate per 1,000 views. The result is rounded down to the smallest currency unit used by the platform. For flat-fee campaigns, the stated flat fee applies when the submission is approved.
- Only an admin-approved submission creates an earning and consumes campaign budget. Pending, rejected, flagged, unverified, or artificial views do not count as approved earnings. A displayed campaign budget is a live estimate and may change as other posts are reviewed.
- AdClipX may reject, flag, or re-review a submission where ownership, content, disclosure, metrics, or campaign compliance cannot be confirmed. Earnings may be reversed if later evidence shows that the post or its metrics were ineligible or manipulated.
- Approval records an AdClipX platform balance; it does not promise a payment date, guarantee third-party platform metrics, or mean a withdrawal has been sent. Payouts remain subject to identity checks, minimums, review, and payout-provider requirements shown in the app.
7. Privacy, safety, and communications
- Do not share private campaign information, unreleased products, customer data, private messages, or another person’s personal information without authorization.
- Use official campaign instructions and AdClipX support channels to resolve questions. Never ask viewers for passwords, payment credentials, sensitive identity information, or off-platform payments to qualify for a campaign.
- Respect audience safety and privacy. Obtain consent before filming identifiable people where required, and take extra care with minors and sensitive settings.
8. Reviews and enforcement
AdClipX may request supporting information, pause a submission or payout while reviewing a concern, reject non-compliant work, reverse an ineligible earning, or restrict or close an account for serious or repeated violations. We aim to consider the campaign brief, available evidence, and relevant platform rules. Contact support@adclipx.com if you believe a decision was made in error; include the campaign and post URL, but do not email passwords or full payment credentials.
9. Platform policies and updates
These are AdClipX campaign rules, not a replacement for the rules of the social network where you post. Platform policies and local laws can change; check the current rules before each campaign. These guidelines are informed by, among other sources, YouTube’s Fake engagement policy and TikTok’s Branded Content Policy. AdClipX may update these guidelines as platform requirements, campaign practices, or applicable law changes. The Terms of Service also apply.
