AdClipX processes personal information to operate creator accounts, campaign workflows, identity review, payments, and customer support.
Information we collect
We may collect account details, contact information, social account identifiers and public profile URLs, temporary bio-verification codes, campaign submissions, performance metrics, payout details, admin activity, and support messages. We use only the information needed for the requested service.
How we use information
Account information is used to create and maintain your workspace, verify ownership, administer campaigns, calculate eligible earnings, review payout requests, and communicate account decisions. When you request bio-code verification, we request the profile page you supplied and check only the public profile metadata returned by that platform. If the code is found, authorized administrators review the public profile and decide whether to approve the account connection.
How information is protected
We use Supabase authentication, role-based access controls, encrypted payout destinations, and audit logging. Verification codes expire after 15 minutes, are available to the account owner while active, and are cleared after a successful profile check. Admin review requires a verified authenticator session. Sensitive payment details are encrypted before storage and are only accessible to authorized admin workflows.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with trusted service providers when necessary to deliver the platform, and with authorized administrators for operational review. We retain records only as long as required for the service, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
Your choices
You can update account details in the creator settings, disconnect connected social accounts, and contact support to request information about your data. Some information must be retained to support active campaigns, approved earnings, audit records, or legal compliance.
